Very Good
The location is great if your goal is to be very close to Narita airport. The shuttle bus service is exceptional, scheduled nicely twice per hour to hotel and back to terminals 1&2. The place is clean and worked well enough for us. The price was affordable.
The hotel is a bit old style looking but the room was good enough. The staff could welcome guests with more enthusiasm. Also, the guest should get clear but clear instructions on how to get to the hotel from Tokyo City, not everyone, stay in Narita City or come from the airport. Also, if I were the one to welcome, I would simply say this to my guest: "Welcome to our hotel. we are wishing you a wonderful stay. Here is our shuttle bus service timetable. As there is no shops or restaurants near by and you would need to buy some food or something we highly recommend you to take our shuttle bus to Terminal 2 and back where you can find many restaurants on 4th floor of Terminal 2 and even 7 eleven shop. If you would need drinks and water we have few wending machines. Anything you might need, please feel free to ask for assistance. " That's it. My stay would be much better and easier. The spa didn't work, and having a hotel there that's Must have!

The room was nicely clean except the bathtub.
I couldn’t find the electrical outlet around the bed. It’s very important to fill up battery for mobile in the night.
